Infrastructure funding for The Canadian Cochrane Network and Centre is provided by:

  •  The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)
  •  The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) 
  •  The CIHR Institute of Gender and Health
  •  The CIHR Institute of Health Services and Policy Research
  •  The CIHR Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health
  •  The CIHR Institute of Infection and Immunity
  •  The CIHR Institute of Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis
  •  The CIHR Institute of Nutrition, Metabolism and Diabetes


Additional funding has also been received from:

  •  The Canadian Chiropractic Association
  •  The Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board

Other support

Office space for the CCNC is provided by the Institute of Population Health at the University of Ottawa. Each of the universities associated with the Network Sites and the Stanton Territorial Health Authority provide in-kind support to the Network. Each of the Affiliate Organizations financially supports the participation of their representative in CCNC activities.
